How do you access your subscribed content?Access to both books and journals is by user name and password, created when you subscribe. Downloading and storing papersIndividuals who have purchased access may download and store papers for personal use only as described in our Terms and conditions for individual users. How do you purchase a subscription?Click the 'purchase an online subscription' link on the homepage of the publication. Payment for individual online access must be made online with a credit card. Credit card purchases made online are processed through a secure server. When the padlock at the bottom of the screen is in the locked position, the site is using SSL RC4, 128 bit encryption. Important note: If you are taking advantage of a special offer (for example a discount offer or a conference offer), do not use the purchase method described above. Instead, you will need to follow the payment instructions in the offer. Purchase instructions for special-offers are also often published on the homepage of the publication in the box at right labelled 'Special offers/news'. How does institutional access work?Online access for institutional subscribers is by one of the following methods, the method being selected by the institution as part of the online access-activation process for institutional subscriptions. If the choice is 'Trusted Proxy', please also ask the ePress to supply you with 'Trusted Proxy Server Set Up Instructions'.
Multi-campus accessAll institutional online subscriptions include multi-campus access. How to purchase an institutional subscriptionFor direct orders (i.e. not through a subscription agent), fill out our online Institutional subscription order form. Note, however, that if you have previously purchased a subscription for your institution, you do not need to fill out this form. Instead, go directly to the 'Purchase an online subscription' link on the publication homepage (you will need your 'institutional administrator' username and password). Payment for direct orders must be made online with a credit card. Credit card purchases made online are processed through a secure server. For a 24-hour period after purchase, you will be able to gain full access to and download the PDF of the article/chapter. For some publications, you have the additional option of choosing to purchase a PDF+ version (PDF with links for onscreen viewing). How do you make a pay-per-article/chapter purchase?Navigate to the publication's homepage and then to the article/chapter you wish to purchase. Click the 'PDF' link associated with the article/chapter. Payment is made online with a credit card. Credit card purchases made online are processed through a secure server.
